Ordered a Pineapple Mango refresher with one of our meals. Staff upcharged us for the drink and then told us at the pickup window that there was no boba for the refresher.
The service has DEFINITELY improved!!! New faces in the drive thru are friendly, polite & professional! I stopped going about 6 mos. ago because the service was consistently so poor. My grandson was the reason I came this last time & I'll be back regularly again since the service has greatly improved!
It's a McDonald's. The manager was nice and professional
