Our first visit to Desi Vega's was a birthday celebration and we were very pleased with this place overall! From walking in the door you get a feel good vibe. Tables are elegantly dressed in white tablecloths, lighting is soft, there is a peaceful, calm quiet atmosphere that remained throughout the evening. I tell you what, i did not know how to rate our experience because a few different things happened in a few different categories.. first we made our reservation for 8:30 and we werent sat until 8:45. Upon seating we started noticing a few guest did not follow the dress code- someone literally had basketball shorts on, but anyways.

My only complaint about the food was that my ribeye was somewhat thin in my opinion. But it was tasty and hot. The sizzling plate that the steak was brought out on splattered onto my shirt. In other restaurants with similar presentation, i was warned to put my napkin up to protect my clothing. Conner and Ty were excellent servers.
