“First off I just want to acknowledge all the hard work these people have been putting into this brand new business! It’s nice having a new place in Covington to eat out and better yet it’s Mediterranean food! My mom has been non stop bothering me to always get her a bowl, specifically the braised lamb! The service is amazing, and the atmosphere is so comfortable as well. I understand the busyness but it’s 100% worth it, Cava is very popular because of how many options they offer! Keep up the good work 🙌🏽“

“Spooky front door, dressed for October in New Orleans.
Lots of choices for seating, very inviting. Came after lunch rush, was slightly busy. Very friendly service.
Warm bean dip was delicious, chips were also warmed. A plus for me.
Salsa was spicy but not too much.
I ordered the Pastor Bowl. Chicken was marinated and grilled, pickled onions, rice, a thinly sliced avocado with grilled pineapple on top. Laid on a bed of spinach. Garnished with cilantro. Very tasty.
Sweet tea rounded out my meal, done right. Yum“
