“Just wanted to drop by and say that we had an amazing experience at Turgeau's this morning. Our youngest son is newly diagnosed with celiac disease and just starting to feel better. Going out for a meal causes some nervousness but he REALLY wanted pancakes (I just miss having pancakes 😔). Not only were the staff well educated on cross contamination precautions, they were also very helpful with making sure his selections were safe. Plus, they have a catering menu for Christmas dinner. We will be back!“

“We have been about 6 times with friends and everyone loved everything we tried. The food is fresh with multiple layers of flavor. The negative ratings are about service or wait times. (Which we have not had a problem with) But the food is what matters! I recommend the poblano rice and plantains as sides. Nachos as an appetizer or entree because it is not a hunk of cheese melted on old repeatedly fried chips we find everywhere else. The guacamole is the best I have ever had. But, as a dessert gal, I have tried them all and there is not one I would not get againm(hint: the chocolate cake with flan on top is my favorite)“

“Just went here for the first time with my daughter. I had the AMAZING Nutella French Toast for breakfast with Lavender Iced Coffee. Daughter had the breakfast combo with the Beast Mode energized tea. I highly recommend them. Cole was awesome, friendly and attentive.“

“We tried the Fat Spoon Cafe for the first time today. It did not disappoint. It is a casual little cafe with a delicious menu. I had the roast beef poboy. It was amazing. Probably one of the best I have ever had. You can tell it is slow roasted and the Au Jus is so flavorful. My husband has the fried shrimp and fish and said it was delicious. If you get a salad definitely try the homemade blackberry vinaigrette. I could have drank it as a side! Definitely coming back to try brunch.“

“I took my girlfriend here for an early lunch date the other day and we both loved it! It was my second time ever eating at Olive Garden. My first was at a Slidell location nearly a decade back, but it was a lackluster experience. This time was much, much better, and I'll definitely return soon! Anyway, we arrived shortly after open and didn't have to wait to be seated. Our server was friendly and helpful, and we both went for the never-ending pasta. We both enjoyed a soup and some bread sticks, followed then by various pasta and sauces. She ended up eating two plates of pasta, and I had three. We both left extremely full and satisfied. I often leave restaurants feeling like I didn't get my money's worth, but I definitely got my money's worth here! Seriously, I ate more than I would've at a Chinese buffet.
