Subway in Covington

“The best subway around! Not only do they have the fresh sandwiches i love, and the pizzas my kids enjoy. This gentleman is always prompt with service, with his gloves on ready before i even walk in the door. Greets me with a smile and is always very respectful and polite. My two kids will even talk to him and order their own food, which they wont usually do. He has went above and beyond and took the time to wrap my sandwich so i can dress it later on my break. Other subways have argued with me that they cannot do this. He has always made sure that i feel welcome, one time i was eating in my car and he made sure to tell me that i was welcome to sit inside and wanted to assure me that even though it was 20 til close i was welcome inside.

Further more this subway is always very clean and tidy and i feel confidant the kitchen is as well.
This subqay in particular has made a very strong positive impression on me.
I dont know understand how the last few reviews were negative. Cannot imagine half the things said in those reviews were true.

“Customer service was amazing. I ordered online last night. I was skeptical about doing an online order because of previous reviews but I was pushed for time but I was not disappointed. I walked in an was instantly greeted with a smile. My order was ready and fresh. I will definitely order from here again.“

“It's subway. I don't normally eat subway but I recieved some of their gift cards for Christmas and used it during the bogo footling deals.

Vs the 190 Covington location I do believe this is the better location as I think the staff is slightly better (friendlier) plus unlike 190 they didn't forget my order. And gave me the reward cookie even though it was slightly last the redemption date

Parking: Very limited and tight parking spots. May be difficult to park close In the shopping center during peak hours“

“I travel all over the country and this Subway makes THE best sandwiches. I’ve actually never been to a better subway. The bread is always fresh. Same with the veggies. I had to talk myself out of ordering multiple sandwiches each day! This isn’t really a dine-in location since it’s in a hospital. But takeout would be worth it.“

“The owner is hands down a truly good person. I have skepticism over the safety of a delivery I received and not only did he want to remake it he wanted to personally deliver it. I declined and he insisted yet I picked it up my self and he still surprised me with extras and apologized. Ive never seen a chain store more properly ran than theese.“

“As for Subway... this place was VERY clean. The staff was very attentive, and knowledgeable about their sammiches. Im a fan of the Tuna. The builder of my wheat footlong was generous with everything, as she assembled my Sub. I will definitely be back.“
