We went this morning, waffles were thinner than the sliced toast and not the Texas toast, ordered hasbrowns with cheese, hasbrowns came to table without cheese, advised waitress they were to have cheese, she legit walked to cook who threw a slice of cheese on top and walked back to table, I asked really not going to melt cheese on them?? Soo SAD common sense can't be taught and no one takes pride in their job anymore

service was not good..waitress Jess(had green hair) didn't ask me for a refill of my drink. I had to ask her twice for ketchup which she didn't offer like the others do.Part of my order was wrong,ordered a Texas bacon cheesecake melt with bacon,I got a burger patty instead of the steak.I had also ordered a cheese steak hashbrown bowl and asked to add bacon which came to me on a plate instead of being chopped up in the bowl like usual...plus the bacon was burnt.
