First time customer and via drive through…wow! Blown away by the order taker, cashier, and pickup window staff. An unplanned visit because Taco Bell was having some issue. Used to go to the McDs by Butter Crisp but quit several months ago as I couldn’t take it anymore. This McDs was a refreshing surprise and I will definitely try them again.
Very nice workers
Best service I've ever had at a McDonald's! Ordered from Kiosk. A Gentleman Brought our ice cream first. Drinks and Straws next followed by food. I had to make sure we were still in Kansas. Excellent service!

McDonald's on Hwy 25 in Covington is a place of mixed reviews. While some customers are impressed by the cleanliness and freshness of the food, others face challenges during breakfast hours due to a particular employee's difficulties in processing orders. The drive-thru experience can be frustrating for some, leading customers to seek alternatives nearby. Despite this, the restaurant offers a variety of menu options, including oatmeal for those with dietary restrictions. Customers also mention that the staff working tonight were diligent and got their order entirely correct, with the food being fresh and hot, and the staff was really polite. On a positive note, customers appreciate the quick service and friendly staff, making it a convenient stop for a meal or a quick oil change. However, some reviews highlight issues with morning service, long wait times, and inattentive employees, which can detract from the overall experience.
