“Burger Zone is under New Management as of 8/1/2022. Management is in the process of streamlining procedures while maintaining our high quality menu items. We are working on improving wait time and customer service while still serving all the items the community has grown to love. Please note that we are not a true “ quick service restaurant” and fall under the category of a “fast casual dining restaurant”. At Burger Zone you will never have food that has been sitting under a heat lamp. All of our food is cooked when ordered. Hours: M - Saturday 7am to 8pm. Closed on Sundays.“

“I have a family of 5 and always have extra kids. We always order all dark meat as this is what we eat. I know we can't order the specials all dark so we order the meals all dark everytime we go. Last night we went to the Crowley La location and we were told we can't order all dark meat at all that we have to get mixed. I asked why this was because we always order just dark. She stated " chicken shortage ". Now they haven't ran out of dark chicken at this location so why couldn't I order it if they had it???? And why would we PAY for something we are not going to eat? So, we decided to order some of the new pies they were promoting on the board and on a sign (strawberry cheesecake pie) and UGLY(the whole time) she says we don't serve that. At this point I'm pissed and drive off. We spend btw. $50-$80 everytime we go to Popeyes(and my boys love Popeyes). But I'm to the point where I'm done with Popeyes!!! They should also have a selection above to select that says HORRIBLE Customer service.“
