I ordered $63 of food. We did not receive our mozz sticks. We hadn’t left the stall. I let them know. Manager comes out tells me she knows she put them in there and there is nothing she can do. I offer her to look she says no. I said so you’re calling me a liar. She says no but I know I put them in there. So I don’t get mozz sticks and out of my money. After not wanting to give me something I paid for they gave me a grey hard hot dog and didn’t give me my fires that I pad for smh
I ordered a Grilled Cheese Double Burger from here 2 nights ago. I even used the Sonic app to avoid order mixed ups from vocal orders. I got home and there was NO MEAT ON THE BURGER!!!
