My absolute favorite place to eat they always get my order right..
I had a very disappointing experience. I arrived well before 8:00 p.m. and the employees ignored me even though I was knocking on the door. They had already locked the dining area and were only taking drive-thru orders, even though the app clearly says the restaurant is open until 10:00 p.m. If the lobby closes earlier than the posted hours, that should be clearly communicated
How do you not know what on your menu that your promoting.. that wasn't even a big issue because I know menus are always changing. What I don't understand is having to repeat my order 3 times and the whole order still being wrong. It wasn't even a complicated order. All our burger were ordered plain. I know remember why I don't order from here often. 😒
