I have to say they mostly always get my order right. And we absolutely love the food. Great portions. Great food. Except when you get bone in wings when you want boneless ? but that's also mainly the night crew when the hooligans are in. They are not the best crew.
Food was very tasty & great temperature, COLD CHICKEN ON THE BOTTOM. WE DECIDED WE WANTED TO CHANGE & order the 10 piece special. The order was changed WE thought until we received it. WE informed them. The lady said they did not have the 10 piece. That was ok with us. WE ordered tea w/no ice. Arrived home with NON-SWEET TEA. OH WHAT A MERRY CHRISTMAS NIGHT.

I had never tried Zaxby's because I thought "How different could ANOTHER chicken place be?". The answer is VERY DIFFERENT! I have been so many more times. The boneless Buffalo Garlic chicken meal is very good and super affordable. My hubbs and I both get the #4 and it fills us up and is under $16! That's cheap nowadays. Love the staff as well. They're always polite, friendly and helpful.
