“I was having such an off morning, and usually eat breakfast but I had a craving for that ultimate burrito and a very long day ahead of me. I didn’t get the man’s name, but the woman’s name is Allison and I just want to say they both were genuinely so nice. My card fell to the ground in the drive through and mrs. Allison came in the rain to pick it up. If y’all get them make sure y’all wish them the best day❤️ they made my morning.“

“I love this taco bell. They always get my order correct, hot and good. I know they gotta be tired of all these different new menu items, so I will always wait patiently (unlike some other folks.) The people that work here are hard at work always, most of them just look like kids. I've only eaten inside once but it was nice with friends. Place is clean and food is good. Ordering at the screens inside when there's a worker at the counter is kinda scary I hate it, I also hate the AI in the drive through but anything to make fast food work easier! You guys rock!“

“This place is freaking awesome! Went there to dine in last minute blind date, and the atmosphere was perfect for such a meeting the young lady that was work the counter sat us at a table took our order and was so sweet, she broke the ice with her warm smile and small talk with us, her son who was about two or three was dining in with her sitter or family as well as she worked, he was so cute and I'm not sure what it was that touched my heart but you could tell she was an awesome mom. She stopped at our table a few more times, my date cracking jokes obviously nervous and she chimed in and we all laughed, crazy to say but she kinda facilitated this first date that I'm hoping turns into many more to come, with her excellent customer service and genuine attitude. Oh just a side note... the food here is really great too! Lol“

“Was in there Thursday and was greeted with the cook in the back cussing and yelling at everyone. Dropping the F bomb.“

“Husband and I went through the drive thru about 12:30pm on Sunday night/Monday morning and our experience was great. The gentleman that came over the intercom had such a laid back, no interest in job tone and my husband and I looked at eachother with curiosity written all over our faces. Let's just say, we've never experienced a greeting or tone in our 60 years like this one. We rolled up to the window and were greeted by employee, Michael Woods. Even in person he just looked and sounded like he would have rather been somewhere else. No enthusiasm what so ever! But we never judge a book by it's cover and Mr. Woods turned out to be a very polite young man, handling our drinks and letting us know what drink he was handing us was nice and the bag of food was gently handed to us, folded over at the top to keep our food hot and fresh. We moved back to DeRidder after being gone for many years and Whataburger was our go to burger joint in Texas. So delighted it's here and remains around for many years to come.“
