“I came in to the Bojangles in the Loves truck stop. The lady in the back said give her just a second and she'd get my order for me. I said I was in no hurry my love. I asked about the price for a 3 piece with a biscuit and she told the answer. A young man came to the counter double checked the price and took my order for me.I was able to use my Loves points to pay. In less than a minute I had my 3 piece and a biscuit and was good to go.
Yes my food was hot and the biscuit tasted like my mawmaw had made it for me. Perfection!!!

“I met my family for lunch today after I had gotten off of work early. The last time I had food at this location (drive thru), there was an issue with it. I waited a while until I returned. The same issue happened again today. The manager, Shawn, immediately came to apologize to me at the table. He had fresh food come out to me super quick. He also returned to check on us, gave us a gift card, and said that he hoped we would return to give this location another chance. A bad situation that was turned into a positive one.. thanks to Shawn for effectively displaying great service recovery! I will definitely be returning!“
