“This place is alright. My only hang-up with this restaurant, "Chick-fil-A or Chicka-Flick (as i like to call it)," is that you'll never get enough fries. The container is never full. I get that the fries can be big slices, but couldn't they think to make it order the containers that hold the fries a bit bigger. Whenever I order the fries, I feel ripped off, and this is the only thing I really enjoy from this restaurant. Chicka-Flick, I'm gon need you to get it together with these fries; 3 to 5 slices with a few nips of broken off pieces of other fries in any size is not ever enough and unsatisfactory when one of your claims to fame is for customers to be satisfied.

Parking: The parking lot is a decent size.

“I got into New Orleans late on Amtrak. By the time I got downtown to my hotel, most of the dining rooms of the fast food places had closed. I saw Krystal on the map and that it was open 24 hours. I then remembered it was on Bourbon Street, therefore had no drive-thru. The dining room was guaranteed to be open. When I got there, it looked like a madhouse. I thought it would take forever to get my order. But they have a well-oiled machine there and it soon became food theater. My wait time was short considering the number of people who were in the place. The food wasn't the greatest in the world, but I got it and was off on my way back to my hotel to enjoy it before falling asleep to head back out of town the next morning.

Parking: Don't even think about driving here. Take the street car. It's so much easier.“

There is often a line....the line is made up of people waiting on fries....fries from what I have seen are often cooked when they have been run out and take awhile to cook. I think effieciency would be reached if.....when a new batch of fries is 'lifted'.....another is dropped. Thus the wait time for fries is lessened and the line is moved. Business could be increased with this simple solution.“

It is not often lately that you get excellent service in the fast food industry but I definitely had that today and I will be back again, because of the service I received today. When I mentioned that I had tried the burgers before and they were good but I thought the buns were a bit greasy to me, Gabby suggested that I order the burgers with no butter on the buns and that was an excellent suggestion, they were so much better.
