“Although they were short staffed, the server was wonderful and the pizza was delicious. I recommend the thin crust. Some family members raved about the Cajun Shrimp pizza. I’d have given 5 stars except the restaurant was not very wheelchair accessible. I might have made it over the threshold. But, I wasn’t sure and didn’t want to get thrown out of my chair. So, we ate outside. The worst part was that the bathroom had a large concrete curb you had to step up on. There was no option for me.“

“On this night service was off from previoys visits. Pizza delivered to table without pizza stand or serbing plate. Shared appetizer delivered without service plates. Multiple servers involved without any coordination.
Other issues not experienced before today.

“Alright I've reviewed everywhere else we went so I guess I should do this place. We wanted one night of regular not-new-orleans food, so I walked here from our hotel without even placing an order. I hoped it wouldn't take an incredibly long time. So...
It wasn't the best pizza I've ever had. Wasn't the best shrimp alfredo ever. Not the best cheese bread. But it was all good. And inexpensive. And fast -- like 10 or 15 minutes to have it all boxed up with plasticware. I was waiting outside smoking a cigar and didn't realize it would already be done, so the guy brought it out to me and let me know I was set to go. And it was all pretty good!
Surprised I made it back with all the food intact walking right down Bourbon St with 3 boxes of food at 8 or 9 at night!“

“It's delicious in a different way than most pizza you've ever had. That crust man... I knew this going in because I was a fan of the pop up a few years back, but it's something you gotta be aware of. Every pizza I've had there is a banger, but again very different than most pizza you've had. Can't recommend it enough. A little off the beaten path for me, but when I find myself in the area again (this coming Wednesday or Thursday thank god) I will be back in.

We ordered The Meats, SO good. I'm a huge fan of thin sliced pizza, and this one was one of the best I've tasted. It was thin but not too thin, and the crust was really crispy. I loved it. All the ingredients were fresh. Good stuff 👍“

“My two picky kids absolutely loved the pizza. They’re like pizza snobs, and made me write this review before we even left the parking lot. The server was so amazing. Making sure to mention they are super accommodating to food allergies when I ordered a gluten free pizza.
My son also wanted me to mention how clean the bathroom was.

“I come to the Italian Pie pretty much weekly and I always have the best experience. The food is great but my favorite part of it is the staff. Carmen is the friendliest server I’ve ever met, she literally seems like a friend. She remembers all of our orders (and my family is known to be picky) and she gets it right every time. “Delicious food quickly served in nice, clean, casual dining room. Really good pizzas, freshly baked; really great, fresh salads; good variety of yummy sandwiches, too. Decor is fine, if rather basic, but comfortable, uncrowded, and good for individual diners and for groups. Staff is excellent, efficient, accommodating, and always pleasant.

Parking: Large, shared parking lot in front is busier Mon.-Sat., 8:00AM-5:00PM when other shops are open, of course, but I can always find a spot. It is very easy to park on Sundays and evenings.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of families happily dine here. Children and their parents seem to enjoy themselves. This has long been a favorite place for my grandkids. They recommend the cheesy bread, salads, and pizzas. If the beet salad is available, get it!“

“We love Francesca’s for lunch. The club sandwich is one of the best around, and great to share or save for leftovers. My vegetarian daughter loves the Lakeview sandwich. We also like the po boys. Both kids love the frips! The service is always friendly, whether we’re dining in or taking out. The atmosphere is casual, and the restaurant is clean.

“Adequate pizza for a place which is probably better described primarily as a bar. Not deep dish but their traditional crust is a bit on the bready side (think Pizza Hut pan) and the toppings are good. Would eat again but not top choice in pizza spots around“

“I realize when i walked in i was in a kids and their parents world. The pizzas are good. The salad lettuce was a fresh blend of mixed types not just plain iceberg lettuce. I asked for a thin and crispy pepperoni and it was fantastic. I made it a point to tip the young lady who made it for me. I watched how hard these ladies and men worked back there not sure at what rate per hour. I ask if they do something special, appreciate them by giving a direct handed tip.
One thing i would change is the sanitary method of self serve. Make sure to change out tongs frequently. If a kid lays the tong on the counter dont pick it up and sit it on the pizza, get a clean one. Make available a small sanitized wipe for a customer to use on the handle of the tongs.
Everyone was helpful and cared if you were satisfied.
