“When I saw $21.95 for a 20oz ribeye I kinda chuckled in my head and expected a Waffle House type steak. I asked the waitress if it was good and she simply said “yeah, it’s good”. What transpired a few minutes later made me contemplate everything I thought I knew about a good ribeye. This thing was melt in your mouth, perfectly cooked, and had an absolutely astonishing flavor. Kick the price out the door. I live almost 4 hours away and would pay $80 for that steak as I type. It was so good I went back for another the next night. Gladly passing up all the other opportunities that NOLA has to offer. Weirdly the same people who we sat next to the night before were at the table next to us ordering the steak again. Astonishing what you get for the price. I could make a whole separate rant about how good the potato skins and gumbo are as well. Great job!!!! Best experience of our whole trip.“

“I haven't been to this restaurant since before Hurricane Katrina. And of course Katrina destroyed so much of the New Orleans area. The restaurant was closed for quite some time after, however they've since added more space and created a beautiful atmosphere. They've added a beautiful bar in the back with great art works through out the restaurant and of course family photographs dating back to it's inception. They even have fantastic family photographs of the late 1,800's!!! Our waiter, Kevin, was very attentive and professional!“

“I'm so glad that we stopped to eat here. We were in the mood for pizza so we decided to go to the Louisiana pizza kitchen. So far this was the best meal we have had in New Orleans. I ordered the crab ravioli. This was the best seafood ravioli I have ever had. I'm not joking. My wife ordered the shrimp and pasta. We also shared a Hawaiian pizza. We were so pleasently surprised. The service was great and the food was even better. We are planning on going back to try something different. This is a must meal for people looking for great food in New Orleans.“

“Walked in and it was hot as balls and the restaurant didn’t even look open. But it was and we ordered and the waitress was honestly so damn sweet and accommodating. They had a shorter vegan menu than we read online but we ordered a vegan cheese calzone and vegan cheesy bread with pesto and marinara both as dips and h o l y c r a p I questioned if it was even vegan they were both so good. Bring a mini fan in with you or just suffer the heat and liminal space vibes. The food is worth it, and the people were great.“

“We live in Alabama and came to New Orleans for the weekend to see family. Hands down the best pizza we’ve ever had!!!! Super cheesy, not too greasy, cooked just right! Our waitress was so sweet and talked with our 4 year old, I wish I would have gotten her name, she left half way through us being there and the waiter that took over was just as sweet! I told him I need them to come open a store in lower Alabama and if not imma have to make the 4-5 hour drive once a month just for the pizza😂“

“On our first visit in Marrero, Jasmine was our waitress. My husband has to have limitations with his food choices. No problem, Jasmine helped with suggestions and the cook prepared it perfectly. Now on my 2nd visit, Jasmine not only remembered me but asked where was my husband. She not only remembered us but what we ate. As I dined alone, she went out of her way to make me feel comfortable! And then as I placed a take-out order for my husband, she had suggestions due to his salt restrictions in his diet. What a memory! Lately have not been impressed with many restaurants takeout/delivery food but this was great. Delivery drive was friendly and time punctual, food was delivered hot. Ordered a chicken avocado fiesta sandwich with a side Italian salad, cheese pizza and tiramisu. Everything that was ordered was great!“

“I'm a regular here and I would say it is a five star place to come with kids! My little ones (ages 5 and 6) love the make your own pizza option, and we typically have Porscha as our server. She is always so welcoming and joyful (as a parent, this is not always the response walking into a restaurant with kids, IYKYK). Personally, I love their salad options and the appetizers. I'm grateful to have this as an option when I'm too tired too cook.“

“My mom and I visited during happy hour: 1/2 off pizzas draft beers and wine glasses (August 2026) We had the chicken pesto pizza, and I want to say better things about it, but man I just have the taste of char in my mouth still. A tad too charred and a tad too thin for my New York pizza lover taste buds. Fresh and bright toppings however! Delicious beer! Kind service! Give it a go for yourself. It was a nice experience still.“
