They are so quick even when they are busy always friendly even if they are short staffed… 10/10 recommend .. “Had an amazing experience here. Growing up in NJ and NY, anytime I eat pizza out of state, it never compares. Well that was until I tried forbidden pizza. I was blown away with the service and the pizza. The pies were massive and had an excellent thin crust. One of the best pies I’ve ever had. I recommend the “Four Play” pie!“

“We came here looking for halal options. We ordered cheese pizza slice and wings. The wings were really good, especially the sauce they came with. I loved it. The salesman was very friendly and helped us with our order. However, the shop was quite crowded, and when we asked for extra sauce, they couldn’t provide it. “I've been on a sourdough kick as of late and this establishment did not disappoint. As you walk in and see that beautiful view of New Orleans across the river, and you see that beautiful pizza oven as you walk in, you know your in for a treat. Me and my bud started off with mozzarella sticks, and the marinara sauce was fire. The Neapolitan style pizza with the traditional tomato sauce is so good! My buddy is an pepperoni enthusiast and he really loved it. The bubbles on the crust, the texture, the right combination of crust and sauce, all outstanding! The Salciccia was a new Poblano sauce experience for me. It was kind of pesto like, and paired so perfectly with the Italian sausage and Taleggio cheese. New Orleans has become the premier pizza city of the south. And one of the best anywhere period! Nola proud, this place rocks!“

“When you're walking around the French Quarter and are in need of something fast and filling, this is your place! Just slices and monstrous pizza pies. There's a bit of seating on their terrace. Public restrooms are available, but can be slightly frightening.“

The lunch special is a great price 12.99 for half a sammich and salad. My sammich was so so good. Bread was crispy but also soft inside. “Reading some of these reviews not really sure what people are looking for. It's a music venue. They have a bar. They have live music. They have food. Sometimes the music sucks - according to you. Sometimes it's great - according to you.

Was walking by, heard some good jamming going on, saw people having fun. Stopped in. Had a drink. Listened to a few songs and was on my way to the next venue that some think sucks. Drink was fine. Bartender was friendly.

Now on my 2nd visit, Jasmine not only remembered me but asked where was my husband. She not only remembered us but what we ate. As I dined alone, she went out of her way to make me feel comfortable! And then as I placed a take-out order for my husband, she had suggestions due to his salt restrictions in his diet. What a memory! “Great experience at Venezia Gretna! The food was good, the atmosphere was nice, and the service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly—from the hostess to the server and even the gentleman outside watching the cars. We were a walk-in and got seated quickly, which was a plus. “I grew up in the Parish and Ben's was a top contender in the lunch and or dinner time line up. Their pizza is good, the muffaletta is good, my all time favorite is the potato poboy with gravy on the side.

We work in New Orleans East and made the trip for a group lunch time order. I haven't eaten from there in years and let me tell ya they did not disappoint. The food was just as I remember it. Quality, delicious, they got us in and out. The hospitality was on point. Thank y'all for doing what y'all do best. Keep up the great work A+“
