PizzaCake offers great pizza and service. The pizza was amazing, including the buffalo chicken, and the strawberry shortcake is a favorite. The customer service is exceptional. Staff members like Megan, Joanna, Charmaine, Tremaine, GG, and Ms. Rayshaun are consistently kind, sweet, and polite. They provide attentive service with respect and cultural awareness. Even when the counter is crowded, staff provide exceptional customer service. GG is extremely knowledgeable about the menu and takes time to explain options with patience and enthusiasm. GG’s attitude remains calm, friendly, and attentive, making the experience feel personal. Ms. Rayshaun, working by herself on New Year’s Eve, apologized for the long wait and gave amazing customer service, even offering extra buffalo sauce. The manager acknowledged a lengthy wait through regular conversation and is working on that process. The music is loud, but the service is worth it. PizzaCake delivers good food and excellent service that keeps people coming back.
