This is a favorite lunchtime spot. Their salads, wraps, and soups are healthy and very flavorful. My all time favorite is the Buffalo Chicken Wrap and the Street Corn Chowder Soup. Their Seasonal Salad w/ locally grown arugula is the absolute best. The owner and staff are extremely friendly, and will bend over backwards for their customers. I recommend this restaurant highly for lunch and/or catering orders.
A welcome change of pace when most of what I had eaten in New Orleans was fried and had no vegetables. The shop is on the back side of the building - tricky to find with google maps.

It can be a challenge to eat healthy in New Orleans when on a business trip. I was pleasantly surprised to see this place not far from my hotel.
