The Pizza Shoppe serves authentic New York pizza with fresh ingredients. The cheese pizza has fantastic crust, a perfect amount of sauce, and plenty of cheese. The spinach Alfredo bread and the Italian sausage and green pepper bread are both phenomenal, with fresh spinach, bell pepper, and onion. The owner makes his own Italian sausage. Salads are delicious, and kids love to make their own pizzas. Prices are very reasonable. The owner is a cool cat, warm and efficient, with great service from the younger guy at the counter. Parking is tight and the spot is hard to find in the shopping center, but it is totally worth it. For those who have not found good pizza in the New Orleans area, this place is a welcome discovery. Perfect options are available for vegetarians. The best pizza ever, and customers will definitely return to try the supreme pizza.
