“Went last night at a little after 8pm the waitress was super nice and friendly (I didn’t get her name) she sat us quickly made sure we had drinks and sauce brought our crawfish out asked if we needed anything she kept apologizing for the crawfish being a little small over all I would definitely go back the crawfish were perfectly seasoned they were nice size as well just wish I could have gotten her name“

“That atmosphere was great. Looking for a good cajun time and dancing, this is your place. Especially if you're 50+. The waitress was great and didn't mess up our orders, and there was like 15 of us. Ok, on to the food I can't really comment too much on. I wasn't hungry, so I had a salad, but I did try the cheese sticks, and they were very good. My husband got the crabs and said he did not like the bbq ones, only the grilled ones. The fried bread is really good. Wish it was stuffed like a pistolet ( I don't know if that how to spell it). Bloody Mary's are small, and you get a lot of ice. So it is about 1/3 of a normal bloody Mary, and it's $9.“

This establishment draws a diverse crowd from local residents, numerous law enforcement agencies from sheriffs department, local police and homeland security personnel. This business is a mix of loading up on your meats for a nice home cook meal or bbq as well as the hot dishes that they make. The appetizer hot food include many budohn creations as well as the occasional breakfast sandwiches. The daily lunch specials are valid and should be purchased on a daily basis. The mid week bbq half chicken plate is heavy, flavorful and reasonably priced. The whole plate is only $13. If only we had a place like this back in New York. Highly recommend to all that are passing through town of Basile. However, please put your order in advance because they will sell out quickly.“

“We chose big sky after always eating at noodles every time we go to coushatta (it's closed weds) for a special occasion dinner. We absolutely loved everything about our dinner. We were seated promptly, served very well & nicely by our waitress & all of the food was excellent & hot. Will definitely go again.“

“Gator eggs were very good. Think crab cake but with a creamier shrimp sauce. Also got the burger which was painfully average. Pre-made patty over cooked and had that burger King flame broiled flavor (which I am not a fan of). Toppings were fine and fresh. Will not try a burger again. Service was fantastic.“
