5 stars isn’t enough for Ronnie Arnaud and The Lunch Box who absolutely knocked our wedding supper out of the park!
It was my top prioritiy that we incorporated AUTHENTIC Cajun cuisine for our wedding night. Being that this Cajun girl’s wedding was in Natchitoches, I wouldn’t settle for anything less than the real deal. We made the perfect choice when booking The Lunch Box, a 5 Star, award winning company, whose food speaks for itself. Not to mention, he and his staff traveled ALL the way from Eunice to feed 300 people. Our guests are STILL raving about each and every dish. Many have said it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. (Coming from our mix of guests who were from Cajun country and New Orleans, you know how big of a compliment that is.)
From the gumbo (l don’t play when it comes to gumbo, iykyk), the delicious king cake, down to the sweet tea, and everything in between- every bit of it was made from scratch, with love!
And the BEST part? Thanks to Ronnie, his staff, and our loved ones, they packaged up a week’s worth of grub for my husband and I to feast on the entirety of our honeymoon. We didn’t eat a single thing twice. Many brides and grooms never taste the food from their wedding night- Nicholas and I were truly able to savor every last bite!

I'm not going to even talk about the food which tasted like old grease, too much cheese and butter soaked bread. What made this a "never again" for me was the older lady who works there. She was so rude to my 80 year old mother and me that I should have driven off the minute she referred to us as "This!" The younger girl working there was very nice, but the old lady practically threw the food at my mother after us waiting 20 minutes in the heat, without so much as a thank you. Guess what, lady; we are paying YOU to give us food, not to make us feel like we are bothering you.
