“Okay to start they do take cards now so that is such a plus for anyone else who needs to know. I personally only like their breakfast. I absolutely love their pancakes and I'm not a person who likes pancakes but I most definitely like theirs. I normally order the bacon egg and cheese biscuits with only egg whites. It's delicious. My family loves to eat breakfast here. They only serve breakfast until like 11 am which is normal then they swap to lunch menu. My daughter loves to get their club sandwich.“
“Visiting in the area for the weekend from Illinois. Was told of this local store/restaurant in Folsom. Has some indoor and outdoor sitting. We ordered the seafood platter, red beans and sausage and fried softshell crab. Mixed up the sides with fried okra, turnip greens and sweet potato fries. Besides having a little bit of a mixup with a couple sitting next to us on a couple of our sides, I would definitely recommend stopping out having a bite to eat. Might have a little bit of a wait getting your food but it might be worth it if you're not in a hurry.“
“HOLY MACKEREL!! This little hometown joint is off the chain!! I’ve been eyeballing this place for a few months, finally had the time to swing on in and check it out. Outside looks totally unassuming and like bleh.. but once you walk through them front doors; your life changes forever!Everyone here was super friendly and chill. When I’m here in the area again , I’m definitely gonna pop back in and enjoy something else random off the menu.It’s a go to counter and order with the food delivered at your table kinda spot. I ordered a burger with a double patty and told the cashier to “surprise” me as to what type of burger she would serve me. Food came out and WOW! I had this burger that was stacked a mile high I swear it.Took the first bite and *BAM* flavor explosion in my mouth. This behemoth had all types of meats, smoked sausage, bbq pulled pork, ham, chili, double patty, cheese, lettuce , onion, tomato, mayo, and mustard! It all went together fantastically. I was told what I had was the “Mr. Amazing”. NEVER will I ever sleep on a place I’ve been looking at.“
“LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the snowballs. The food has been really good as well. Staff is sweet and helpful. The only negative is no real online presence with a full menu. Most of what you find is uploaded pics. (And the chili cheese fries are lacking both chili and cheese - at least the 2x we've ordered them.)“

“Don't be fooled by the look of the building. It's a pre-engineered metal building like a auto parts store with black tinted double doors when you walk inside, it's one big room with horizontal planks, a bar to the right and a variety of seating arrangements. My wife met me there yesterday for drinks and appetizers. Half dozen fried oysters for 10 bucks is a steal. The Arancini was great. The crawfish crêpe was good. However, the crêpe was more like a pancake than a crêpe, and it was flat, not rolled, but it was good. Wine and old fashions were great. The service was excellent and prompt This is the third time I've been to Roux 25. While the Large plates part of the menu was limited, a fillet, three burgers and lasagna, the small plates side of the menu was filled with a lot of good choices. This is a hidden gem on Highway 25 between Covington and Folsom. Don't be fool by the looks of the building.“
