No one mans the register. It’s mainly order at kiosk only or app orders. No way to sub an English muffin for a biscuit on the big breakfast at the kiosk. Takes forever to get help. We got our meal pretty quick but order was wrong in 3 parts… I’d say with all the Mc Donald’s in town, go to a different one.

New location service is a miss. Sour attitude remains the standard.

Pull up to the drive through intercom in the morning; luckily there were no lines... however no one answer the intercom after about 1 minute of waiting. So logically I pull up to the window,only to be greeted with a pisd pour attitude, lady told me to drive back around... and try again. Keep your food, I'll keep my time and money.

Old location.
Bad service at its finest... and they want 15/hr. We may as well pull up tell them how many mouths to feed and let them give us whatever they want to serve because they will get the orders wrong anyway.

Worse experience EVER!! I order big macs, they were super dry!! Barely any sauce, fries COLD, request no salt fries, COLD WITH SALT! My son kids burger had 2 small dots smear of ketchup ARE YOU SERIOUS?! Don't wanna do your job, MOVE AROUND!! RIDICULOUS!! Too much money gone to waste for people to mistakes and make it how they want!!! You want someone make anything up for your order! Close this establishment down immediately!!

If I could do 0 stars I would.
Horrible customer service. Why do I keep coming back? I have faith they’ll eventually get my order right. Wrong. Over the span of at least 4 years my order has been right maybe 3 times.
As someone who has worked in retail, fast food and is still in customer service, their service is absolutely horrible.
I have not once yelled or spoken to an employee there with disrespect however that’s the only treatment they give. McDonald’s if you’re reading this - LOOK INTO THIS LOCATION.

This is the new one they just built, the food was fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and prompt. We had just gotten there when breakfast ended so it took a couple minutes to receive our order but only because it was being freshly made. Definitely will be back.

New McDonald's that they built was built to be absolutely lazy. They don't have a menu and expect you to fully use there kiosk system. They even put a money machine in so employees don't even have to count money

McDonald's has lost my business for good , but I do deliver and have to frequent this location and others and it's all the same . Lukewarm food and horrible service. It's ashamed really. I added 2 photos of the inside counter of this new location. Whomever would they like me to ask for help when there aren't any employees to ask?
