After waiting 20 minutes for someone to come to the drive thru window, I get home only to see that some items were missing from my order. Don’t go here unless you have no other option.

You tell me how you mess up a Happy Meal three times? Simply said mustard mayo no ketchup extra onions extra pickles. I was there 45 minutes waiting on one happy meal and they still didn't get right the third time when I got back to my motel room it was still messed up!!
Not to mention the cashier could not even count change! My change was $14.52. She gave me $14 and told me she gave me an extra dollar because she didn't have change. I was scratching my head on that one. So I laid out all the money. Counted it in front of her one piece at a time and she still didn't catch on!

Bathrooms gross. Store gross. Management complains the whole time you’re ordering. Staff makes it a point to ignore you.

Ordered thru the app. As I was pulling away from the drive-thru, noticed that I was missing the 4 apple pies that I ordered. Decided to go into the store since the wait in the drive-thru was ridiculous, even though they weren't busy. The lobby doors were locked so I entered from the convenience store. An employee asked what I needed so I explained what I was missing. Said he would go get them. The manager tried to convince me to switch to cookies. Said that they were out of pies. Decided that I would just take a refund when the employee came back and said that it would just be a few minutes on those pies. I said, "wait, you have pies"? Before he could answer the manager quickly said "no". While this was going on, apparently another customer was in there complaining about not getting items he paid for. The customer was on the phone with the owner while being flanked by 2 large thugs trying to intimidate him into leaving. They were apparently called by the manager to throw him out. The customer said that he was waiting for the police that was supposedly called by the owner.
I will never go back to this McDonald's and would recommend the same for anyone. This kinda crap happens all the time here. Rude employees and/or manager, wrong or missing items, thugs threatening customers. Go somewhere else!

Walked in and the smell was awful. Like a dead animal. Dirty dining area and the bathroom was nasty. I wanted a coffee but was afraid to get 1 since it was gross in there. Plus I couldn't stomach the smell anymore. Keep driving stay away.

I would never eat food from a place that smells like this. I feel sorry for travelers who just go through the drive-through and don’t know what their food is coming from…. Everything is absolutely filthy.

Management is horrible , I feel bad for the people who work there . & they need to do better on cleaning because the place looks a MESS !!!

The girls that take your order are very rude and are going to ignore your presence as long as they can

Same problems as most fast foods...yesterday (once again) the Frappuccino machine wasn't working. Asked for my receipt and was told by the attendant she didn't have any paper for the machine. Ordered the #7 and it looked like it was freeze wrapped when I got home
