New McDonald's that they built was built to be absolutely lazy. They don't have a menu and expect you to fully use there kiosk system. They even put a money machine in so employees don't even have to count money

I added 2 photos of the inside counter of this new location. Whomever would they like me to ask for help when there aren't any employees to ask?

I came inside at 7:30, had to ask for help after waiting for about 5 min. Made eye contact with multiple people but 0 communication into the kitchen to get me help.

Went in to get 20 pieces nuggets. Server who rang me up noticed a fresh batch was just finished and fulfilled my order with the new piping hot ones.

Do not come here on the night shift. Instead of taking your order at the window when it’s your turn, they let you sit at the voice box without saying a word. For 5-10 minutes. No, hold on one second, sorry we are short handed, and no manners. Just “yeah”
I’m not trying to be a Karen, but all they had to do was tell me they are busy, or short handed, please hold on a moment, SOMETHING!!! This was at 9pm on a Saturday night, so it’s not too late.
Not sure what was going on, but I don’t recommend coming on the night crew weekend shift.

Filthy. The restrooms are literally the dirtiest I've ever been in, including truck stops, dive bars and some porta potties. Trash flowing across the floor, disgusting toilets and sinks, and 4 employees standing behind the counter chit chatting the entire time we were there. No matter how much you love a Big Mac, find somewhere else to stop.
