Saw this spot nearby and wanted to try it. I choose the Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs and fried rice. I really enjoyed the pineapple in the food. Probably my favorite part besides the ribs. The fried rice tasted a little greasy, but it's flavorful. I haven't tried anything else since there's limited options.
Honduran style Fried rice food truck with covered dining area. They also serve Chop Suey and pork chops. I got fried rice. Went not knowing what to expect. Prices were fair, food was packed in containers. It was good, however the rice was a bit greasy for my personal taste and enjoyment. Not sure if that's how it's supposed to be or not. Very clean. Excellent! The price, the portion size, the food quality, and the atmosphere and service experience were excellent. $12 including beef, pork, and shrimp along with a dinner bread. I will definitely be back!
