The Smoothie was great but the cashier finished my transaction without swiping my reward app. She said nothing she could do once she completed the sale . I had to send a message to the company and as of today i have not heard back from . I think the cashier should be able to correct the mistake without me having to spend mt time sending messages. That was time consuming and frustrating. Cashier was very polite tho.
Good place to take a lunch break at
I am, to say the least, a Smoothie King junkie! I get a PB swizzle a minimum of 3x's a week! The crew members are nothing short of amazing always greeting me with a smile and kind word! The rewards program in the app is great too! Because I go so frequently I usually get a free smoothie bowl every couple of weeks! And did I mention how awesome the staff is? LOL

Smoothie King is a fantastic place with great customer service. The staff is friendly, and the manager is attentive to detail. Even if mistakes happen, they go above and beyond to make it right. The Pineapple Spinach add Yogurt and Blue Spirulina smoothie is a must-try. Ordering ahead in the app is convenient, and the smoothie bowls are the best items on the menu. With excellent service and delicious smoothies, Smoothie King is definitely worth a visit.
