“The first time we visited this Wendy's we had great service. The food was great and it was a good experience. The last time, though, the woman in the drive through was extremely rude not only to us but also to the other employee she spoke to in front of us. It was so bad that we left and didnt get food and haven't been back. Service is so important.“
