“Julia, is out of this world amazing. I stopped by Wendy’s today and had a really good experience thanks to Julia. She was super cheerful and friendly the whole time I was there. From the moment I drove up she greeted me with such a friendly and kind voice.
You can tell when someone actually enjoys helping people, and Julia definitely gave off that vibe. She was patient, kind, and made the whole process really easy. It was just a quick stop for food, but her attitude honestly made the visit a lot better.
Good customer service can make a big difference, and Julia really stood out. She was welcoming and just genuinely pleasant to talk to. I hope she gets recognized for it because workers like her make people want to come back.“
“I’ve eaten my fair share of Wendy’s in my life. The junior bacon cheeseburger at Wendy’s is something I am very familiar with. However, THIS Wendy’s served me the freshest and most visually appetizing junior bacon cheeseburgers of my adult life. The fries were hot and fresh. The drive thru was fast and cordial.

“Pretty efficient place. Drive thru was packed. Went inside and waited several minutes on the order taker to come take my order. Food was good, no tea made at lunchtime.
Am diabetic i try to drink unsweetened tea when available. Both containers were empty at lunch.
At least they were open i guess
