I visited here late one night, the bread was entirely too hard to eat… I won’t be the one to take losses, so I left a message letting them know that I would be there the next day. The manager handled my dispute without a problem and I really appreciated that. I only told him what happened and he immediately fixed my order fresh. I forgot to get his name, but thanks my guy.“
