“I only do the drive-through and their response time and service are tops. The difference between a Wendys burger and all other restaurant chain burgers is their hamburger meet in never frozen. While I am at a loss on how they do this with warehouse delivery and storage, this alone makes all the difference in the world. I promise.“
“Easy to find near the library with more than enough parking nearby. Ordered online so headed inside. My order wasn't in a pickup cube so I stepped over to the pickup area at the counter. Unfortunately, like many other Wendy's it took several minutes for a staff member to acknowledge my presence and pass me the bag that was already prepared but sitting on a back counter. I requested new fries, which they provided since the ones in the bag were barely warm. The rest of the order was warm but made made properly so we ate in.“
“Drive thru wasn't moving so I went inside to order. There was no one at the counter so I asked a young man could I order inside. He said give him a minute and explained there were only three workers there that day for lunch.He was very busy with the fries station, refilling containers and bags, completing orders for drive thru, cooking burgers, He was busting busy!He politely took my order and filled it quickly with a smile and thank you. I wish I had asked his name.However $11.50 for a regular meal...not so good.“
“I stay in the area and frequent this store at least 5 or more times a month. From the person on the speaker to the person who hands me my food I am pleased with the customer service. I often ask to speak to the manager to give compliments. Even when mistakes were made the workers were polite, respectful and fast to rectify the problem. Some cases I didn’t give my order right but they acted as it was their fault, and fixed my order with no problem and respectful. This is my person favorite store. Great quality of cleanliness, friendliness, customer care and food.
Parking: Service is fast so parking lot is clean, well lit with plenty of options.“
