“I've been in Slidell after, moving from Florida for about 8 years, and I've been to several different places, just trying to find a nice spot for a more seasoned woman like myself. It was fantastic, I pulled into the drive-thru a few weeks ago and never got assistance, drove around the building and the employees were standing outside. They have two drive-thru Lanes, and we waited in the outside Lane along with a couple other cars and no one ever helped us, they just kept feeding the inside lane through. Had to move to that inside Lane to get any help.“

Parking: It's in an empty mall parking lot so there's plenty of room for parking....even if you're in an. ....RV!! Plenty!!!

Kid-friendliness: They don't have the little play place outside anymore but kids like to go there still

Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair parking and the doors are wheelchair accessible and they will even come out and help you if you need. They're pretty nice!“

4 years ago review — I usually have hit or miss experiences here however today after having a horrible experience at brownswitch my carhop was an absolute pleasure and even tried to give me her tip to compensate for the terrible service I received at the other Sonic because she felt bad. I wouldn’t let her but I appreciate you Cassie and thank you for making sure my order and pricing was right. I’ll definitely be back at this location and this location only“

“I only do the drive-through and their response time and service are tops. The difference between a Wendys burger and all other restaurant chain burgers is their hamburger meet in never frozen. While I am at a loss on how they do this with warehouse delivery and storage, this alone makes all the difference in the world. I promise.“

“I stay in the area and frequent this store at least 5 or more times a month. From the person on the speaker to the person who hands me my food I am pleased with the customer service. I often ask to speak to the manager to give compliments. Even when mistakes were made the workers were polite, respectful and fast to rectify the problem. Some cases I didn’t give my order right but they acted as it was their fault, and fixed my order with no problem and respectful. This is my person favorite store. Great quality of cleanliness, friendliness, customer care and food.

Parking: Service is fast so parking lot is clean, well lit with plenty of options.“

Little krystal burgers were excellent and hot!! Krystal chivks were hot thick meaty crispy chicken meat!! I should've got a steamer pack of Krystal chicks too!!😋 I have been eating Krystal off and on sinve I was a kid and I'm in my 50's ! Grew up having it in Georgia as they're every where over in Georgia, Al, Ms. Florida use to not sure if they still do. Staff did a great job cooking the food fresh and took my order and payment accurately!!👍🙂 Wealso had a huge order since we live 145 miles away and we took home some for the freezer so our order was close to $80 and worth every penny!!“
