Improve upon actually giving the customer what they've ordered- that would be a great start. I used the mobile app- after waiting in line for 15 minutes was told they did not have what I ordered. Pulled up to the window and watched the girl fill half my cup with something I did not order. When I corrected my drink order I got no response but watched her fill the second half of the cup with the correct drink. So I got half HiC fruit punch and HiC half grape. Julia, is out of this world amazing. I stopped by Wendy’s today and had a really good experience thanks to Julia. She was super cheerful and friendly the whole time I was there. From the moment I drove up she greeted me with such a friendly and kind voice.
