“On this night, this location was super busy. The drive thru line was enormous, and the dining room was nearly full. The young woman at ths counter was patient, very polite, with a nice demeanor. The dining room wasn't dirty, but wasn't pristine. The chicken was hot and fresh, but the fries were not, which was surprising given the churn.

Only reason service not 5 stars, is that the drive thru lines can be very long and management should provide a solution, even if that means dipping into their personal earnings a little bit. Management knows what I mean. The sevice is phenomenal, the food is hot, orders are never wrong, the environment is immaculately clean, workers are happy and busy. Its the best drive thru I've ever been to in Ruston.“
