Always great service at this location
Not every visit is this amazing but today's shift team 8/9/26 around 7:30, they did their big one, The girl who took my order was polite & accurate & kitchen staff made my order perfectly! This team is the one!!!! Give them a raise because I want to see this service consistently!!!!
McDonald’s located at 709 Terry Parkway in Gretna. I frequently use the McDonald’s app to place mobile orders ahead of time, but almost every time I arrive, I am instructed to pull forward and wait. Many times, I end up waiting 30 minutes or longer for my food. After waiting that long, I have often received the wrong order or food that is cold.

However, some employees, especially the shift manager and two others, stood out for their exceptional customer service and professionalism. Despite occasional mix-ups like receiving the wrong order, the staff's willingness to correct mistakes and apologize leaves a positive impression on customers.
