“In a world where great customer service seems harder and harder to find, this Sonic continues to impress me.
The servers are consistently kind, friendly, and helpful. Today, I had trouble placing an order through the app, and the young lady who answered over the intercom actually came out to assist me. She was patient, apologetic, and genuinely wanted to help—not rushed or impatient.
When she wasn’t able to resolve the issue, the manager came out and stepped in. She assured me it was absolutely no problem and was happy to help. She even made sure my discount and rewards were honored so I could complete my order correctly.
That level of customer care is rare these days. Great job, Sonic! Your team is doing an outstanding job, and it does not go unnoticed.“

The app wouldn't let me sign in, SO I had to go to a stall . I've uninstalled, reinstalled, force stopped it, clwaear the cache, nothing .
