Sonic Drive-In in Baton Rouge

“It's a standard Sonic drive-in. The service was fast. We used the app to order and that was an easy to do and they brought it right out. Because this is near an intersection it's pretty easy to get in and out. I really love their ice cream because it's actual ice cream and not ice milk.“

“Our car hop took forever to come to us, gave us the wrong order, then took forever coming to bring us what was supposed to be the right order but still had an extra drink on it. After looking at the receipt, I noticed that he even took the order wrong. We got an extra drink we didn't want, but had paid for... whatever. The food and drinks are always on point here.“

“This Sonic Drive-In is better than most I’ve visited. Unlike typical Sonic locations, this one has a comfortable indoor seating area in addition to the drive-through and curbside stalls. The restaurant is consistently clean, the food is served hot and fresh, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Service is usually very quick.

“So dashed in to get a bite. The order came out cold and large tots had the same as small tots. Called the manager and they sent out a member of management, who was very apologetic, who replaced the order. If not for her this would be a different review! Keep her please.“

“My experience at sonic has been amazing I have been there twice this week and I had the same carhop both times she read my order to me, she waited for me to check my food, and she has a beautiful smile she came back out to make sure that I enjoyed the food we even cracked a few jokes. They said the order would be right out, and everything came right out, even after ordering we sat out in the car to eat, and they came back on the order device to ask if we needed anything else, they gave us extra onions, and bought out a fork, and extra napkins with no additional charge, very polite young man took our order.This location rocks! chick filet eat your heart out, Sonic is standing side by side with your customer service???“

“When he couldn’t hear our order, our Sonic staffer literally ran to our car to talk directly with us. He was upbeat and quick, accurate with a complex order, and it was delivered in less than two minutes by a sweet young lady who had a fantastic attitude. I’m surprised by some of these other reviews because our visit was so impressive that we asked to speak to the manager and share with him how great it was. Mr. Earl is doing great new things with this Sonic!“

“Have to agree with other reviewers statement that rating has to be wrong as I’ve gone there several times and have a pleasant experience each time and even as far as to tell new owner that they are loading up the meals with to much stuff.
Last visit Ms Ashley was running her backside off taking care of everyone, and I didn’t help with the large order I had, so take it a grain of salt because it not a true reflection on business.“

“Long story short I placed my order in at Siegan lane thinking its the one on Perkins Rowe during my break at 740pm, obviously I couldn't pick it up because it was too far from my job, i went there around 1220 am to pick up my food and everything was made fresh“

“My #1 stop when I’m hungry. The staff there are amazing especially, this one girl Mikalen she always makes my slushie order perfectly every single time. She sweet and kind and knows how to keep the conversation going.So the wait for your food won’t Be disappointing or boring. I don’t know how she’s always working and keeping a smile but it’s definitely keeping the environment pleasant. Other than the slushies the burgers with tater tots are to die for go try them out.“

I was shocked when my carhop came out, introduced himself, explained my order, made sure I was satisfied, and pointed out that if I needed anything else that I could push the red button and he’d be right back out to take care of me.
