“Order taker had trouble with understanding the order due to what seemed like a speaker volume issue, however managed after asking a few times to get it correct. The entire visit from ordering and departing, without eating, took about 25 minutes. It was not overly busy nor during peak hours. Here is where they missed out on 5 stars: asking for dipping sauce, once the order was delivered to us, and for 2 large popcorn chicken combos the employee brings out one single honey mustard dipping sauce and a single pack of ketchup?!? All the employees were courteous and had a smile and it was a Sunday. Will visit this location again.“
“I am on the fence here... I really like Sonic! Food is always good, cooked to order, and tastes delicious. Today, I took my kids there for Sunday lunch. We originally pulled in to a "booth" to eat in the car there. I pushed the button upon arrival, waited 10 minutes without answer (actually hit the button a second time to make sure I didn't make a mistake), and then finally backed up and decided to go through the Drive-thru. There were a few cars in front of me, not bad. At the window I was greeted by a nice lady, paid, but was told that the kitchen was very backed up... about 7 minutes or so later I received my food - but the lady told me I was receiving a refund. To be honest, I would have never asked for it, but it was much appreciated, as my total wait time was definitely more than 20 minutes from Original arrival time. I was very appreciative of them "taking care of me" even without me asking. I rank the service very high. They could have had 2 callouts, they could have been unexpectedly SLAMMED. I don't know what the circumstances were. But despite their situation, they were still nice (even before refunding my meal). Good job guys!“
“It took a while to get my food but not there fault what I ordered they have to make it fresh (cinabites w/tub of ice cream and 2 ultimate breakfast burritos) and they were very nice and friendly!!!Kid-friendliness: It is just friendly as long as you stay in your car. There is seating for those who like to venture out of their ride and for those who come on foot. But caution should be taken when walking to and from the seating area because of being a continuous flow of cars through the drive-thru“
“Depending on the day you go, you can have a good experience. Friday nights its usually packed with annoying guys with lifted trucks blasting music in the parking lot interrupting everything around it. But other than that. The food is pretty good.“
“I didn't choose 5 stars because the young lady that served my food too me appeared to be in an upset mood about something. I didn't question her; instead gave her a few dollars tip. Maybe I came at the wrong time or the moment the young lady was having a bad day. Her attitude did show thru her body language/facial expression & the negative ability to provide excellent customer service. The food I ordered was excellent. The atmosphere seemed okay other than the young lady being upset. I don't know if it has anything to do with her job or a matter from home. All I can say is, when dealing with the general public, please leave your personal life, feelings, & emotions at the door upon arriving to your job. What if & yeah it's a huge "IF" I were a Sonic's scouter or secret food orderer testing out restaurants that Sonic's headquarters got news of negative reviews?“
“Not a fan of sonic other than the blast. But rest of family likes it and said this one was good. The waitress that brought our food was super friendly and genuinely seemed like she liked her job and wanted to be there. That's a lot ij this day and age.“
“This sonic measure on the higher end of the industry it’s clean and not terribly busy, I had a conversation with an employee while doing a door dash that was candid and helpful, I appreciate staff at a fast food joint helping the cause of delivery. Opportunity for improvement although obviously financially taxing would be the addition of a drive through.“
