My companion's food was very good, I ate mine but the mofongo was a little salty (I think it was due to the chicharrón). The employee who has served me several times is not rude but is 90% apathetic (indifferent in her treatment) with customers, the child who gave us the menu was sweeter, kinder and friendlier.
