OK, so the guys at work are talking about seafood and where to get it in south Louisiana. I ask about oysters because I'm disappointed as often as not with the size of oyster i can get at home (I don't live in S. Louisiana). Wilsons always has the best oysters in town, you can call ahead and they are very honest if they are salty or not, great people and they sell shucked oyster by the pint, quart, half gallon and are still in their original Juice's so you getting that same great fresh shucked taste!
