Store messed up my order manager refused to remake order or refund partially or fully not even offer a promo all she said is what she couldn’t do and nothing that she could do to make it right. Wings were fried entirely too hard to chew and fries were to crispy
Management took the time to clarify an issue with company policy with myself and my wife.
I am not from Houma and I can’t say if I have ever reviewed any restaurants in Houma, however I picked up a door dash order from this location today as I was dashing with a friend and went in to grab an order for delivery. This store has their ducks in a row and is running a tight ship! I was very impressed with the amount of traffic in and out…and how organized it was!
