“I must say the customer service is amazing the lady at the counter is so sweet! So I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and because I just had my teeth pulled I couldn’t eat the chicken unfortunately so I went to go order something else without thinking about asking for a refund or anything and she asked what was wrong I told her i had my money out ready to buy some nuggets and she said that she would give me a refund and I said no thankyou and she offered to replace the food so I agreed but only if she didn’t mind and she said not at all! So she said something about giving me the meal again and I said I had gotten my fry’s already and she said she would give me another order for free!! I couldn’t help but to think oh my goodness best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. Very wonderful business and the food is always delicious!! She’s running a proper drive up restaurant. The prices are affordable not high like everywhere else nowadays. Thankyou for wonderful service and she’s always with a smile!

“We booked the Cocoa Bean bakery for our wedding, and again for our anniversary, and they did not disappoint!! Our wedding cake was absolutely gorgeous. They were very helpful with the creation process, having no issue with us doing two separate cake flavors on different layers. It was, by far, the best cake I’ve ever tasted, and many of our wedding guests said the same (their strawberry filling is delectable!). We decided to get a replica of the cake for our first year anniversary, and Cocoa Bean ever decorated it to match the original first tier of our wedding cake! It was just as delicious as the one from our wedding. Nothing but glowing reviews from us!!”

“Our first trip there. The food was delicious. I had fried catfish with fried rice. It was cooked perfectly. My sister had fried shrimp with sweet potato fries. Again cooked to perfection. Whitney was our server. She was so attentive. We wanted oysters, but they were out until later today. The have fresh shucked oyster's. We definitely will get them next trip. The owner Miss Sara came an talked to us about our experience. They all made us feel like we were important to them. Some places make you feel like a bother. Not here. The price for the amount of food was incredible too. Can't wait till next time. Thank y'all so much.”

“We came with a large group, and everything was excellent. The food and drinks were delicious and came out quickly. Any small issues were taken care of right away. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and even shared some laughs with us, which made the experience even better. Great place for both the food and the atmosphere—I highly recommend it!”
