“I never write reviews, but I just had to for this one. A lot of people have bad things to say about the Jena sonic, but I am not one of them. I know I must look huge coming in between 6 and 8 in the morning to get a cheeseburger and tater tots, but the lady who opens the store every morning (I believe she might be the store manager) is always friendly and always able to get my order out in 5mins flat. I never have any errors with my order and it's always hot and fresh. Sonic is the one place in town that I can get off work from my graveyard shift at 7am and get something that feels like a supper, if I just don't feel like going home to cook or I feel like treating myself. I tend to be a little bashful about wanting lunch/dinner food in the early morning, but I will never get tired of a 6am bacon cheeseburger and tater tots, and this lady is OUTSTANDING at making me not feel bad for asking them to make me one 👏 It's gotten to the point that I won't even go if it's not morning time because I know this lady will be there in the morning and hook me up nice.“

“On March 25th, we waited about 50 minutes from the time we drove in until receiving our food due to a McDonald’s corporate inspection. I understand safety & quality control from corporate is absolutely necessary, but when their inspection slows down the normal operation and flow of customers getting their orders in a timely manner, I don’t believe corporate would be pleased with that specific inspector for what transpired yesterday. Their inspector & inspection did the exact opposite or what McDonald’s is going for.
We got barely warm sandwiches due to the inspector holding everything up. The McDonald’s worker was nice and apologized for the extremely long wait and upsized our fries as I’m sure she did for the other customers that chose to actually stay in line at the drive through and order.
We seen multiple vehicles drive around since the line wasn’t moving and go somewhere else. Had we not already placed our order & paid, we would’ve done the same.“
