I frequently travel from Lafayette, Louisiana, to Monroe, Louisiana, which is about a 2-hour and 49-minute drive. Every now and then, I like to stop at this Sonic for a burger. Unfortunately, my last two visits have been very disappointing.

I second what other people have said in negative reviews --- these people clearly DO NOT care about their job and are incompetent. I called here and had a bad experience and would like nothing more than to see company management CLEAN HOUSE and REPLACE these workers with someone from out of town.
I ordered $80 worth of food. I handed the carhop $100.00. She got very irrate and sarcastically told me she would not take the $100 bill because she didn't have change. Hmm, I asked if she was born stupid or was she taught to be stupid. If you don't have $20, something is wrong. I was wrong for my comment but I be damned if I'll allow anyone to get that way with me. Rude is net with rude. This Sonic is absolutely pathetic from inside out.
