“Bateaux's is an hybrid between a gas station, fishing store, and homely restaurant, all accentuated by a great staff and bucolic lakeside location.The location itself merits stopping by and enjoying the view, perhaps taking a picture or three. The food itself is good, but the kindness and attentiveness of the servers and cooks that goes above and beyond makes it a wonderful place to visit.I ordered the Hwy 8 burger, which turned to be an amazing burger, and the staff was accommodating even if it wasn't the usual lunch time. And what a good burger that was!Yeah, definitely stop by if you're by the area.“
