The majority of people complaining about the quality and portions of an AIRPORT chilis is astounding. It’s an airport. I’ve never had any issues. If you don’t have the patience or time to go to one of the many other vendors at MSY just grab a bag of chips and a soda and sit down at your gate until your flights boards. I swear some people are absolutely ridiculous. I love coming here because the servers are super nice and they’re hardworking. And just get the salsa with the queso and call it a day. “My SoUtHwEsT sAlAd doesn’t look like the picture on the menu” its the same thing on the menu but honey, it’s at a chilis express airport location. Stop being whiney lil babies.

This Chili's is located in MSY near gate C4. There is a decent amount of both bar and table seating. There are outlets at your seat for you to charge your electronics pre-flight. They don't give you a menu here, you have to pull it up with a QR code. They offer familiar Chili's favorites, like fajitas, chips & salsa, guacamole, or queso, burgers, chicken sandwiches and tenders, soups, and salads. Ordering at the bar is a bit strange. First, the bartender has to "turn on" your tab in their POS. If you're only drinking, you're supposed to order & pay online. If you're drinking and eating, you check out with the bartender. The food & drinks were actually pretty good and reasonably portioned without being terribly expensive for airport fare.

Don't expect any service. We told them they charged us for sauces we didn't get. The lady brought them after we were done with our food then started counting our sauce cups like we were lying.

Walked up to the service counter for a drink and then sat down. Server told us we couldn't sit if our ticket was closed and insisted we move on for "paying customers." We paid $33 for two drinks and tipped $5. Please find somewhere else to sit... or stand... whatever you are allowed.

4.75$ for a regular American coffee is steep. Breakfast is airport price as well. Just walk 2 stores away to Folse market for more budget friendly

Requires that you order from QR menu when almost everything is not on the menu. Meal was supposed to come w cole slaw. Wasn't told until after meal came that there is not cole slaw. Half the drinks on the menu not available. No tap water.

This place is terrible. It's not chili's it's an airport grab and go. The staff could care less about you or your food. Chili's should send a corporate rep to evaluate their staff. It really gives their restaurant brand a bad name. The bartender has crazy attitude and needs to find a new job. Avoid this place at all cost!!!
