Although this was a quick restaurant in the airport, they had one person working when I first got in the line the line was around the corner. I know I could've chose somewhere else, but I prefer salads majority of the time. The person was truly overworked and doing her best, but it was definitely unfair for them to be there alone, they had run out of so much stuff. They couldn't even make a lot of the salads that they had on their board.

This might be the only healthy place to eat at MSY. I had a veggie wrap custom made for me while I watched. Generous serving. Polite staff.

Woefully understaffed, it would appear. Came here during open hours on a Sunday, and all of the salad toppings are beautifully laid out, but I've been waiting for 30 minutes and not a single server is in sight. The restaurant next door even tried to call with no success. On a weekend with a major conference concluding and a bowl game, I'm shocked that they couldn't have someone on hand to make orders.

This has always been our treat when flying home from New Orleans. We don’t buy beignets until then. This time they were hard and crunchy, absolutely not fluffy at all. I saw how they put 3 in a bag and then pours the sugar on them so really only the top one was reasonably covered. We had to keep shaking it off in the bag to try and get some on the other 2. It was our first bad experience and our last as we will get beignets somewhere else in the future and won’t count on the airport having good ones.

If you have not stopped at this location while in the B gate area, you're missing out. I was just exploring the airport since I had time. It was well worth it, and I will be back. The employee was kind and friendly, which made my process go smoothly. I was there Thursday 9/21/23 around noon. She took my order and started making it right in front of me. She even tossed the salad once all of the sides were in. It was the perfect amount of dressing. I would definitely recommend this establishment. Every ingredient was fresh. The work area and counters were clean and neat. The decor of the location was bold and easy to distinguish between other businesses around it.

Employee say she's not supposed to be working over there today but was sent over to work so she's mad and closed the restaurant at 8:30am. No supervision leads to rogue employees.

We wanted something fresh and not fried. No one was at the window and when someone finally came out, I asked if they were open and he curtly said no and proceeded to walk in the back. Mind you it was 7pm and they were supposed to be open until midnight

Team members said they would open at 415 then manager said he had no clue when he would open. He said it's the state of the city. No employees to work. He had 3 people working but he couldn't serve us. Makes me wonder.
I order the western salad flavor was good the veggies quantity very poor the avocado was hard impossible to eat and lettuce was a bit old.

6/3/2023: My travel group and I was leaving for Hawaii in about an hour and 1/2. We decided to get something to eat and drink while walking to our flight gate. It was 6 of us in the line, I was third in line. My turn came up, I order a Frozen Coffee and 1 order of Beignets. I waited. When I got my coffee I step to the side to the table and ck my order to find that I had an ice coffee. I returned to the counter and I told the young man that I had the wrong coffee and that I ordered a frozen coffee. He said: No you ordered a Ice Coffee. I said NO Sir, I ordered a frozen Coffee look what I pd for. He took my coffee put it in a sink to right of me, to the left of him. Step back to his register/counter and said you can order another coffee and pay for it or leave. I said I would like a coffee I paid for. Could I speak to the manager. He said I am the manager. So are you going to correct my order. He said no, you can take that coffee back or leave. At that point we left in dis-belief. So called today 6/15/2023 speak with a manger about the situation. I asked to speak with a manger, the young man said he was the manager Tyler. I ask Tyler was he on Duty on 6/3/2023 about 6:30-6:45 a.m. he said "No". I inform Tyler of the incident and what happened I gave the name the young man gave me which was Jose or Roberto he said he had neither on his payroll. I informed him that I am employed here at the Airport I will come over and point him out to you. So I describe the young man as a tall, slim, Espanol man. I think I may know who it is, and he said I will speak with him about this. (My phone disconnected the call. I called back apologize to him about the phone disconnecting. So he when on to tell me he will speak with him about this. Not offering any apology or compensation for the coffee his employee discarded or his employee his offensive behavior. Tyler, was very unconcerning." I OR MY 22 SISTERS IN THE TRAVELING DIVAS WILL NEVER USED THIS CAFE DEMONDE" AGAIN! WE WILL PAST ON THIS STORY TO OUR FELLOW TRAVELING CLUBS TO PAST ON THIS ESTABLISHMENT

Waited in line for 15 minutes to find out they were sold out of chicken, turkey, walnuts, and avocado... Which are all ingredients in their menu salads, so I left after waiting all that time. Also, the staff moves at a glacial pace, so don't come here if you're even remotely in a hurry.

So, I don't usually write anything negative about places unless I have truly wasted my money. First approached city greens in the Nola airport super happy I would be able to get a healthy salad. I have frequented this establishment many times before and was happy with my choice. As we walked up to the counter we were abruptly told they need to close for 20 min. Ok, walked away and then returned. Ordered my make your own salad and found it inedible. The lettuce was brown and it was very overdressed. The girls working there cared more about chatting with their friends. Please do better, I want to have these very few healthy choices in the airports.
