I’m not sure how the food tasted. The person working there never came out the back. At some point she looked and saw us and went out the back door. I’m not sure if they were open or not, maybe that’s why. It was a litt concerning.
Good salads and good portion. Not cheap, but nothing in an airport is. Salad + chips + bottled water = $28, ouch. If I wasn't traveling for business (where I can expense the cost) I think I'd rather starve than pay $28 for a salad. It was good though!
Vegetarian options: Literally a salad shop. Don't get much more vegetarian offering than that.

I’ve gotten the Thai Peanut Salad and BBQ chicken wrap, both are good! Super reasonable option if you’re flying Southwest and there’s no food on your flight.
