Sausage egg and cheese biscuit was great so I gave it 3 stars. Biscuit was moist and buttery wth a little crunch from the butter and was incredible. Eggs seem to be fresh and real and the portion was nice!

I was only here for a short layover and I'm so glad I was able to get some gumbo!
Grilled chicken sandwich and fries were on point. Server was super sweet. Fast service.

Based on reviews, Dook's Burger is an airport restaurant. The food was worth a brief wait, though ordering was difficult due to a kiosk with a credit card function not working properly and a mandatory tip. The Best Fried Fish Sandwhich had fresh fish and excellent fries. The egg and cheese biscuit was amazing, and the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit was mind-blowingly delicious for airport food with freshly scrambled egg. The Nola burger was pricey but enjoyable. Some food was a little bland, but the staff made the day and everyone is eager to make sure you have an amazing experience. The customer service was also enjoyed.
