Four Corners

It just so happened that the night we visited (seeking refuge due to a flight cancellation), they were missing staff, so the chef was serving tables. Since the chef, "Bob", was Indian, we decided to order some Indian dishes from the menu and this turned out to be a great decision. I was in town visiting for Houston on a business trip. I chose the Radisson because it was centrally located to all of the sites I needed to visit while in town. I was too tired and extremely hungry. I didn't feel like leaving the hotel in search for food. So, I tried the hotel restaurant. Bobby is the night restaurant / bartender and we first met on my first night.. The food was delicious! Service, although very slow and kept people waiting to be seated for so long they'd leave the restaurant, was super friendly and professional. My only complaint was the wine was outrageously priced. Over $11 for a glass of house Chardonnay! The cost didn't seem to fit the reasonable cost of the food.
