Stumbled on a sweet chili tofu prepped salad here that is vegan! I took the last one they had available so not sure how many are made, but FYI to other vegans trying to find a lil protein—might get lucky here.
Not the world’s best salad (basically just tofu, cucumber, tomato, red onion, and lots of greens) but hey, it’s something!

The avocado toast was explicitly labeled vegan. It came topped with tomatoes and vegan bacon bits. It's overpriced airport food but I was grateful to find some sustenance before my flight! I also tried the vegan jerky which hit the spot. They had other vegan snack and grab n go options as well.

Plenty of items to choose from lots of literature on New Orleans beautiful park setting.
Moisant Market is the go-to spot at MSY for a bagel with cream cheese and an urban south beer, or a Central Grocery Muffuletta. The friendly staff and delicious croissants make it a better choice than Starbucks. The grab-and-go market is well stocked and convenient for travelers. Enjoy a coffee and pastries here instead of the chain coffee shops for a more satisfying experience.
